The boutique hotel will make every effort to notify the Client of this on the Website or through other means, as quickly as possible.
The Client will not be entitled to any refund or discount.
**10. Liability**
1. The photographs displayed on the Website are not contractual. While every effort is made to ensure that the photographs, graphic representations, and texts used to illustrate the hotels give an accurate overview of the accommodation services offered, variations may occur, especially due to changes in furniture or possible renovations. The Client cannot make any claims based on this.
2. In accordance with intellectual property laws and regulations, the use and/or reproduction of any or all of the elements of the offers present on the Website is strictly prohibited, as is the reproduction of the decor or distinctive elements of the boutique hotel POMME CANNELLE - LUXURY SUITES & SPA.

4. Hyperlinks may lead to other websites outside of SAS MONDEVELOPPEUR’s websites, and SAS MONDEVELOPPEUR disclaims any responsibility for the content of these websites and the services offered. SAS MONDEVELOPPEUR, on one hand, and the boutique hotel POMME CANNELLE - LUXURY SUITES & SPA, on the other, have implemented protection and security measures for their information systems against malicious acts. However, connecting to the Website and making a reservation implies the Client’s knowledge and acceptance of the characteristics and limitations of the Internet, including the lack of protection for certain data against possible breaches or hacking or risks of contamination from viruses circulating on the network. SAS MONDEVELOPPEUR, on one hand, and the boutique hotel POMME CANNELLE - LUXURY SUITES & SPA, on the other, disclaim any responsibility in case of misuse or incidents related to the use of computers or any medium allowing access to the Internet, maintenance, or malfunction of the website or any other technical connection, as well as sending information to an incorrect address.
5. Any reservation or payment that is irregular, ineffective, incomplete, or fraudulent for any reason attributable to the Client will result in the cancellation of the order at the Client’s expense, without prejudice to any civil or criminal action against them.
6. The boutique hotel POMME CANNELLE - LUXURY SUITES & SPA reserves the right not to admit or to expel, without refund, clients whose attire is indecent, whose attire is intended to conceal their face (Law No. 2010-1192 of October 11, 2010), clients who behave loudly, improperly, or intoxicated, or clients whose behavior violates hygiene, good morals, or public order. Proper attire is required in the hotel’s restaurants and public areas.
The Client is courteous and respectful toward the hotel staff. In the event of verbal or physical violence, racist behavior, or any form of harassment, the Client will be excluded without a refund.
11. Price
The prices related to the reservation of Services are communicated before and during the reservation.
The prices provided are per room for the number of person(s) and the selected date(s). Unless otherwise specified, additional Services (such as breakfast, half board, full board, etc.) are not included in the price. Upon confirmation of the Client's reservation, the total amount of the Services reservation will be specified.
Prices take into account the VAT applicable on the day of booking, and any changes in the applicable VAT rate will automatically be reflected in the prices listed on the invoice date.
Prices are confirmed to the Client including all taxes (TTC), in the hotel’s commercial currency (Euro), which in some cases may differ from the local currency of the establishment. The prices communicated are valid only for a limited period. All bookings are payable in the hotel's local currency.
If a rate requires payment to be made in a currency other than the one confirmed in the reservation, the exchange fees (conversion and bank fees) are to be borne by the Client. Please note that if a currency conversion appears from the confirmed currency to another, it is for informational purposes only and not contractual, particularly considering the possible evolution of exchange rates between the booking date and the date of stay at the establishment.
The tourist tax, and any other specific taxes related to the municipalities indicated for each rate, must be paid directly on-site at the Hotel unless prepayment is made online, where this amount may be included.
Any modification or introduction of new legal or regulatory taxes imposed by the competent authorities will automatically be reflected in the prices listed at the time of invoicing. Indeed, rates may be increased by various taxes depending on the cities/countries. These taxes will be communicated to the Client at the time of booking, if known by the Hotel at that time. If not, they will be displayed at the reception of the booked boutique hotel POMME CANNELLE - LUXURY SUITES & SPA. The Client agrees to pay the various taxes without dispute at the reserved boutique hotel POMME CANNELLE - LUXURY SUITES & SPA.
12. Payment
The Client provides payment information either (i) to prepay the reservation before the stay, or (ii) as a guarantee for the reservation in case of "no show". The boutique hotel POMME CANNELLE - LUXURY SUITES & SPA has chosen A.T.O.S (i.e., Payment Service Provider) to secure online prepayments by credit card via 3D Secure. The Client’s payment card undergoes security checks (current balance, card country, IP address country, etc.) by the designated partner and may be declined for various reasons: stolen or blocked card, exceeded limit, input error, etc. In case of a problem, the Client must contact their bank and the Establishment or any other entity to confirm their reservation and payment method.
The available online payment methods, which may include Visa and Mastercard, American Express, etc., are subject to change.
The payment is debited at the boutique hotel POMME CANNELLE - LUXURY SUITES & SPA during the stay, unless specific conditions or special rates require payment at the time of reservation (prepayment for certain rates).
For reservations made through the reservation center or directly with the Establishment for an amount exceeding 5000 euros, the Client will be required to make the payment by bank transfer.
Payment by bank transfer may also be requested for amounts below this threshold or upon the Client’s express request.
At the time of payment at the boutique hotel POMME CANNELLE - LUXURY SUITES & SPA, each establishment may accept different payment methods, but the Client must present the credit card used to guarantee the reservation or make the prepayment to verify their identity. The boutique hotel POMME CANNELLE - LUXURY SUITES & SPA may also ask to see an ID for fraud prevention purposes.
Payments in cash cannot exceed 1,000 euros. If the Client’s tax residence is outside France, cash payments cannot exceed 15,000 euros.
If the Client has not prepaid for their stay, the Establishment will request a deposit or authorization to charge the credit card to guarantee the stay for the total amount of the reserved nights, plus a flat fee of 100 euros per person per day for extras. This guarantee will also be required from any third-party guests.
If the Client has prepaid for their stay, the Establishment may request a flat fee per person per day to guarantee extras.
For remote sales made by phone, the Client will be informed that they will need to sign the merchant ticket upon arrival at the boutique hotel POMME CANNELLE - LUXURY SUITES & SPA.
When prepaid, the amount charged at the time of booking includes: the cost of accommodation, taxes related to accommodation, the price of meals if breakfast is chosen, taxes related to meals, and any additional services selected by the Client, excluding tourist tax and/or any other taxes due because of the Client’s stay at the Hotel.
